How can I register to become a Premium Member of Dig Guitar?

Our registration process is very easy. Click on the register Button located just below the top right corner of our website and choose the membership plan that suits your needs best. Simply create your own user name, password and email address. You will be redirected to another page to make your payment.

Once payment is processed you will receive a confirmation email from Dig Guitar with your login details. (Please check your Bulk or SPAM folders if you do not receive the email within a few minutes. On occassion automated emails such as this are blocked by Internet Providers.)

Do you automatically charge my credit card again?

No we do not make any charges that are not authorized by you the card owner, Only you decide if you want to renew your subscription at Dig Guitar. A few days prior to the day your account expires you will receive an email informing you of your upcoming membership expiration date.

Or you can  simply click on the "Renew Now" button located in the User Menu.

I have paid for the subscription plan but when i try to log-in...

Occasionally it may take time for a payment to be processed. With LinkPoint there is usually no delay in processing of credit card payments.. If you do not receive a confirmation email from us here at Dig Guitar, please contact our customer service via email. We will then manually activate your account right away.

I accidentally paid twice for the same subscription...

Please contact our customer service with your full name and email address used, we will confirm double payment and process your refund immediately.

Located on the right side of this web site is a "Lost Password" button. Simply click this button and enter your username and email address. Please verify that you have java enabled on your browser and that you have the Adobe Flash Player installed. You will need at least Flash v8. To view any written lessons, you will need the Adobe Reader. Both of these programs are free to download. You may download both of these programs below.
